Warranty Terms and Conditions


1. Warranty Activation

To activate your warranty, you must register your product within 12 months of purchase. Use the QR code on the insert card included with your bag to visit our webiste and fill in your details, including your Amazon order number. If you do not register within this time, the warranty will not be valid.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers issues with the materials or manufacturing of your Pykker Magnetic Water Bottle Bag for 12 months from the date of purchase, as long as it has been properly registered. It applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

3. What Is Covered

  • Material defects: Issues with the fabric, stitching, or padding that affect how the bag works.
  • Magnet issues: If the magnet does not function correctly under normal use.
  • Zippers, clips, and straps: If they break or stop working under normal conditions.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use: Damage from dropping, pulling too hard, or incorrect use.
  • Normal wear and tear: Fading, scratches, or general aging from everyday use.
  • Repairs or modifications: If someone else tries to fix or change the bag.
  • Environmental damage: Fire, water, extreme heat, cold, or chemical exposure.
  • Lost or stolen items: The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the bag.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you registered your warranty and need to make a claim, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@pykker.com with your Amazon order number and warranty registration details.
  2. Describe the Problem: Provide details of the issue and send photos if possible.
  3. Send the Bag Back (If Required): If we ask, send the bag to our service center. You pay for shipping to us, but we will cover the cost of shipping a repaired or replacement item back to you if your claim is approved.

6. Repair or Replacement

If we approve your claim, we will either:

  • Repair the bag for free, or
  • Replace it with a new one if it cannot be repaired.

7. Limitations of This Warranty

  • This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear over time.
  • We are only responsible for fixing or replacing the bag, not for any other costs or damages related to using it.

8. Legal Rights

This warranty follows the laws of the country or state where you purchased the bag. You may also have other legal rights depending on your location.

9. Changes to This Warranty

We may update this warranty in the future, but any changes will not affect products registered before the update.
